Welcome to Gay Play, a platform created to help LGBTQ+ individuals connect in a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years or older to use this app.
- By using the app, you confirm that you are legally eligible to form a binding agreement under your local laws.
2. Account Registration
- You must register for an account to use most features.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during signup and keep it updated.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
3. Community Guidelines
We are committed to maintaining a respectful and safe space for everyone. You agree NOT to:
- Post or share any content that is hateful, abusive, racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory
- Harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users
- Impersonate another person or use fake photos
- Create multiple accounts or fake identities
- Use the app for any illegal or commercial purposes (e.g., escorting or selling products/services)
- Upload or share sexually explicit, violent, or unlawful content
Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.
4. User Content
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload (photos, profile details, etc.).
- You grant Gay Play a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the app.
- We do not claim ownership of your content and respect your rights.
5. Profile Matching & Search
Gay Play offers features such as:
- Browsing profiles
- Sending friend or crush requests
- Viewing profiles based on search filters (gender, age, country, skills, etc.) We do not guarantee that you will find a match or receive responses.
6. Paid Features & Ads
Gay Play may include:
- Free daily limits for viewing profiles, sending crush/friend requests
- Rewarded ads to unlock more profiles
- Optional subscriptions for additional features (coming soon)
All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law. Users will be notified before any charges are made.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Suspend or terminate your account for violating these terms or community guidelines
- Remove inappropriate content
- Refuse service to anyone at our discretion
You can delete your account anytime through the app settings.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software in the app are owned by or licensed to Face Meet Private Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without written permission.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- Gay Play is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free service.
- We are not responsible for user behavior, interactions, or any harm resulting from using the app.
- In no event shall Face Meet Private Limited be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
